Prominent Pro-Trump Republicans are now Repudiating him
It looks like some in the GOP have figured out that there is no future in being obsequious to the Trump anymore. That doesn’t mean that deserve praise. It’s all about survival.
Christie was once a Trump lapdog. Not so much anymore. Not since getting sick from Covid:

In an interview with The Daily Beast, Moore encouraged Trump to accept that he lost the election and instead focus on doing as much as he can in the final two months of his presidency.

Now Tucker Carlson, and FOX in general, have turned on the outgoing president. Trump is very angry about that. He’s threaten the creation of his own news media empire:
Mitt Romney has always been a thorn in Trump’s side. But he is a Republican Senator. His words carry weight. And they sting Trump’s easily bruised ego:
“Having failed to make even a plausible case of widespread fraud or conspiracy before any court of law, the President has now resorted to overt pressure on state and local officials to subvert the will of the people and overturn the election,” Romney said in a statement posted to Twitter. “It is difficult to imagine a worse, more undemocratic action by a sitting American President.”
